Dr. Natalia Realpe Carrillo

Natalia hat einen Doktortitel in Zugang zu Energie vom Institut für Energietechnik von der TU Berlin und einen Master in Industrie- und Netzwerkökonomie der TU Berlin. Natalia ist seit rund 9 Jahren im Bereich Mikrofinanz als Senior Projektmanagerin und Energieberaterin bei der MicroEnergy International GmbH tätig. 2018 startete sie HEDERA (offiziell im Jahr 2020 gegründet), um ihre Forschungsergebnisse - das PEPI-Toolkit (Progress out of Energy Poverty Index) für den Mikrofinanzsektor - in den privaten Sektor zu übertragen und digitale Tools für das Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln und anzubieten Auswirkungen auf den Investitionssektor. Mit HEDERA erhielt Natalia das EXIST-Stipendium (2018) und den Gründerwettbewerb Digitiale Anhörung (2019). Im Jahr 2020, HEDERA erhielt das Green Startup Programm der Deutschen Bundestiftung Umwelt (DBU). Mit einem starken Hintergrund in den Bereichen Folgenabschätzung, Werkzeugentwicklung, Evaluierungsdesign und einem großen Netzwerk in der Branche bietet sie Schulungen an, leitet Studien und initiiert sektorübergreifende Kooperationen für die Projektentwicklung und -forschung. Natalia ist Co-Leiterin der Gruppe Green Inclusive and Climate Smart Action der Europäischen Mikrofinanzplattform, Kurzzeitdozentin am Panafrikanischen Universitätsinstitut für Wasser- und Energiewissenschaften - Master in Energiepolitik und am TU Berlin Campus El Gouna - Masters in Business Energy Engineering.
